An Overwhelmingly, tingling, euphorical feeling of Happiness!

Oh what a feeling! This weekend of Thanksgiving and good food and pleasures is only the beginning of my new and utterly forever changed life...

I am going to become a Grandmother by the summer of 2009! Congratulations to me! What does that mean? That Literately, I will be a Grandmother!!

Oh but don't get me wrong...at first glance; the surprise and utmost disbelief along with the sadness, madness, calmness (yes calmness) was so everwhelming, I still can't quite settle it deep down in my gutt.

I am definitely content. What could be better than this.

So Sorry To See You Go...but it doesn't mean I'm gonna stop watching!

Too bad Susan Lucci is gone. She was my favorite contestant on Dancing with the Stars!

She did so well too! I'm not surprised though, she's so tiny and flexible.

Oh well...whom should I focus on now? Maybe Lacy and Lance?

It's what keeps us going...

So tiny, so beautiful, so peaceful...when they are so young they would be lost without you. Now they're older and you don't have to be there all the time...makes you wonder where's the logic to this?

My heart feels better, I am at ease now. Time does heal everything. I don't know why or how? but I'm okay! I really am!

Today has got to be the saddest day of my life...my daughter has left to live with friends. My heart is broken and I feel as if my hands are tied...so what's left to do? Nothing.

She's my baby girl and she did not leave on good terms, that's what hurts the most.

"No Mas..."

This movie was fantastic! By far one of the best films geared towards family & children that I have seen yet! Everyone should see this...it's absolutely wonderful! And if you're a little confused about my post heading...you'll have to see the movie for yourself.

Movie night...

Going to the premier of Beverly Hills Chihuahuas tonight. Should be nice... only it's about 30 miles from my house and i'll definitely get traffic. Wish I could take my Sammy (also a chihuahua). I'm sure he would be of exceptional behavior, but of course "no pets allowed"...what do they know?? Just look at the title of the movie?? He'll just have to wait until it comes out on video then he can watch it in the comforts of home. Anyway, looking forward to tonights show...tell you about it tomorrow.

Time...

Time is going by so fast...

Last night I had a dream of the time when I was about 9 years old. I could see my old house, my friends' houses down the street, the entire neighborhood. Not only could I see all this in my dream, but I was actually there...living it all over again and I felt the same as when I did live there. It was very surreal.

When I woke up...I was upset that it was all over. I kept wanting to make myself go back to sleep and continue the same dream right where I left off, but it didn't happen. It was reality again...and the worst part of it was that it was also time to get up and go to work! Geesh! if only you could make yourself go back again. Don't you ever wonder "why not?". Now a days you can do almost anything, what's wrong with going back?

Sometimes understanding is not enough...

Today is Lil Chris Baker's funeral. He died the week before last in a plane crash in So. Carolina. He was Personal Assistant to Travis Barker (former Blink 182 band member, Meet the Barker's, Famous Apparrel, etc.). Travis is still recovering in the hospital. I didn't know Travis personally, but I did know Lil Chris. He lived across the street from my sister and her 3 adopted boys in Fontana, Ca. prior to moving to Los Angeles and working with Travis. The moment I met him, I liked him. He was a good friend and neighbor, always there for my sister's boys; giving them good advice and mentoring them...like a big brother. He will be dearly missed...

Fall

My favorite season of the year...Love the colors, the trees, the smell, the leaves. I picture myself at home in my favorite chair with a warm cup of tea, blanket and a good movie. While I feel the gentle breeze come through the window screen... I love Fall, my favorite season of the year.

Family

Ever wonder why we all have a family? It doesn't matter who you are...you have somebody...and no family is perfect, happy, sad, rich, poor, good, evil...it doesn't matter, there's a family for everyone.
