Time...

Time is going by so fast...

Last night I had a dream of the time when I was about 9 years old. I could see my old house, my friends' houses down the street, the entire neighborhood. Not only could I see all this in my dream, but I was actually there...living it all over again and I felt the same as when I did live there. It was very surreal.

When I woke up...I was upset that it was all over. I kept wanting to make myself go back to sleep and continue the same dream right where I left off, but it didn't happen. It was reality again...and the worst part of it was that it was also time to get up and go to work! Geesh! if only you could make yourself go back again. Don't you ever wonder "why not?". Now a days you can do almost anything, what's wrong with going back?

Sometimes understanding is not enough...

Today is Lil Chris Baker's funeral. He died the week before last in a plane crash in So. Carolina. He was Personal Assistant to Travis Barker (former Blink 182 band member, Meet the Barker's, Famous Apparrel, etc.). Travis is still recovering in the hospital. I didn't know Travis personally, but I did know Lil Chris. He lived across the street from my sister and her 3 adopted boys in Fontana, Ca. prior to moving to Los Angeles and working with Travis. The moment I met him, I liked him. He was a good friend and neighbor, always there for my sister's boys; giving them good advice and mentoring them...like a big brother. He will be dearly missed...

Fall

My favorite season of the year...Love the colors, the trees, the smell, the leaves. I picture myself at home in my favorite chair with a warm cup of tea, blanket and a good movie. While I feel the gentle breeze come through the window screen... I love Fall, my favorite season of the year.

Family

Ever wonder why we all have a family? It doesn't matter who you are...you have somebody...and no family is perfect, happy, sad, rich, poor, good, evil...it doesn't matter, there's a family for everyone.
